Problem Statement
---------------------
Post upgrading to R12.2 found that for concurrent CLE: Israeli Localization Open Format Generate Header Record (A100),
a parameter namely "Conversion Rate type" is missing.
Because this is missing it is resulting in wrong formats as they are unable to pass the required value.
Below are the parameters defined for A100 concurrent where the aforementioned parameter do not exists.
1.Ledger
2.Legal entity
3.Year
4.Start date
5.End date
6.Constant
7.Future use

---------------------
Expects that the conversion rate type parameter should exists.
