Work Order-less Completion Assembly Scrap/Return Scrap Sub-Inventory&Locator Fields Disabled (Doc ID 2763441.1)

On : 12.2.8 version, Transactions

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
when performing WIP Assembly Scrap and WIP Return Scrap , cannot access field : Sub-Inventory and Locator

While performing WIP Assembly Scrap and WIP Return Scrap, All the fields are enabled except the Completion Sub-Inventory and Locator both are disabled.

If a completion subinventory/locator was specified on the routing, it is defaulted but can be overridden. See: Completion Subinventory and Locator Fields, Oracle Bills of Material User's Guide"

In the Work Order Less Transactions, WIP Completion & Return , Completion sub-inventory is editable and it has picked the sub-inventory which was provided at the Routing level, But the locator is disabled.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Should be able to access field : Sub-Inventory and Locator

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. WIP> Material Transactions> Work Order-less Completion
Perform Transaction type= WIP Assembly Scrap or WIP Return from Scrap
Completion Subinventory and Completion Location are grayed out cannot access

While performing WIP Assembly Scrap and WIP Return Scrap, All the fields are enabled except the Completion Sub-Inventory and Locator both are disabled.

2. When performing transaction type= WIP Completion or WIP Completion Return
Only field Completion Subinventory is active
Completion Location is grayed out
