Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version,
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When completing or cancelling a batch, the pending lot for products or by-products are not deleted, leaving invalid entries in table GME_PENDING_PRODUCT_LOTS. Once the batch has been cancelled or completed you are not able at all to delete these pending lots.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
=====================
When completing or cancelling a batch, the pending lot for products or by-products are deleted, not leaving invalid entries in table GME_PENDING_PRODUCT_LOTS. Once the batch has been cancelled or completed end user is able to delete these pending lots.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Responsibility: Production Supervisor
1. Batch Details--> Cancel Batch
2. Pending lots are available against the product
