Error When Run OTA_DELEGATE_BOOKING_API.UPDATE_DELEGATE_BOOKING (Doc ID 2763617.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to enroll learner into a course using OTA_DELEGATE_BOOKING_API.UPDATE_DELEGATE_BOOKING
the following error occurs.

ORA-06512: line 6


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Run API wrapper for OTA_DELEGATE_BOOKING_API.UPDATE_DELEGATE_BOOKING

2. Ends in error


Error is found in uploaded PYUPIP trace and also in pl/sql session
