Extended Warranty is not Starting after Warranty Expiry (Doc ID 2763639.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version,


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
Start Date and End Date of Extended Warranty Contract is incorrect.   Instead of starting after Warranty end date, Extended Warranty starts on same date as Warranty Contract.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Service Start Date and Service End Date should start after Warranty expires

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Order Management responsibility , Create a new Order , Add a Finished Good in line 1 and enter Extended warranty item in next line. Close the lines.
2. Fulfill and ship the order.
3. Run Service Contracts Order Reprocessing program.
4. Extended Warranty created with same dates as Warranty.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Extended Warranty created with incorrect effectivity.
