ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

OLM training videos not working in IE and Chrome.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All online scorm 1.2 content to compete successfully and show as completed in the Learner Self Service Learner home.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Internal:
Using Chrome or IE:
Log in as a learner to the SSO authentication
Access Learner Self Service>Learning Home>Learner
Launch Course
The Notepad for tracing does not launch
Learner completes course
Exits course using the home icon
Course completion shows as incomplete


External
Company users use the company android tablets with Chrome and or IE
Access Learner Self Service>Learning Home>Learner
Launch Course
Learner completes course
Exits course using the home icon
Course completion shows as incomplete
