The option of closing OPMs by using 'previous open debit' is not working. The debit is open in Oracle but not showing as in CHRM
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Trade Management > Claim
2. Query an OPM claim-> set settlement method as 'previous open debit'
3. Click on Previous Open Debit Items and shows nothing
