ORA-01422: Not Able To Create Return Order Via Copy Function - Multiple Price Adjustment (Doc ID 2763891.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to copy an order to an RMA, an error is occurring and users are not able to continue.


ERROR:
WRONG IN REFRESH_ADJ ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row6
EXITING PROCESS_ADJUSTMENTS WITH EXC ERROR with rollback
EXITING PRICE_LINE WITH EXC ERROR
Setting prcing error flag for mass change
Exiting oe_order_Adj_pvt.Price_line
In Update Request Line Status : FAILURE
old SP :11335.38
new SP :10924.38
AFTER LOG_REQUEST
Exceptions have occured, Continuing with the update statement.
SQLCODE: -1422
SQLERRM: ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
LEAVING OE_MSG_PUB.COUNT_AND_GET 0
RETURN STATUS AFTER CALL TO PO E
FAILED TO COPY ORDER

1. Order Management Responsibility
2. Navigation:Orders,Returns > Order Organizer
3. Query Order:Actions > Copy
