MES Move Assembly Backflush Issues When Entering Material Information (Doc ID 2764145.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After the following patches:
Patch 29960808
Patch 27486911
Patch 31896838
When attempting to perform move assembly in MES, and there is one of the components missing the on-hand quantity to fulfill the backflush, there is no error occurring but the system returns to select components page. Clicking Apply again will cause the lot and serial information to get cleared.
IMPORTANT: The component with not enough on-hand is not under lot nor serial control.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect an error message that will mention the component which is missing the on-hand.
Expect the lot and serial information not to be flushed when applying again.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. MES Operator
2. Query the job and select the operation
3. Click on Serial move.
4. Enter the lot and serial numbers in the select components page
5. click apply
6. nothing happens.
7. click apply again.
8. lot and serial info is cleared and the error occurring is that the qty/lot does not match for one item (misleading)
