Problem Statement:

After applying patch 30696396, Item#18 (Salary Raise Month) in Santei Notification has not been changed.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Login application and select Japanese HRMS Responsibility
Navigate to Process and Reports > Submit Process and Reports
Run the concurrent program "Payroll Run (Santei)"
Run the concurrent program "Payroll Report (Si FD Report)" with Notification of Santei - Record Flag: Yes
