After Upgrading To 12.2.9 - Unable to copy Items in Child Org and also the Item Description shows wrong translated data (Doc ID 2764466.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version, Catalog items

After Upgrade to 12.2.9 - Create Item: Apply template first, then copy, result in error and does not create item in child Organization.
The same steps work fine in the 12.1.3 environment. Also, the translation for Item Description and Long Description has issues.

ERROR

MESSAGE NAME : INV_IOI_MASTER_CHILD_4H
ERROR MESSAGE : Master - Child Conflict in one of these Attributes: Include In Rollup(DEFAULT_INCLUDE_IN_ROLLUP_FLAG), Item Status(INVENTORY_ITEM_STATUS_CODE), Inventory Planning Method(INVENTORY_PLANNING_CODE), Planner(PLANNER_CODE), Make or Buy(PLANNING_MAKE_BUY_CODE), Fixed Lot Multiplier(FIXED_LOT_MULTIPLIER), Round Order Quantities(ROUNDING_CONTROL_TYPE), Carrying Percentage(CARRYING_COST).

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

A. Go to responsibility Inventory
B. Navigate to Items -> Master Items

1. Now, Create Item:
 
  Create: Copies of Existing Item
  Select Item
  Select Item Revision
  Number of Items: 1
  Select the Template
 
2. Copy Item Details...
 
  Apply template first, then copy
  Selected Information shows all assigned

 Continue...
 
 Item: <Sequence Generated>
 Item Status: <Enter Status>
 User Item Type: <Enter Type>

 Finish
 
 Batch xxxxxx have been submitted for copying organization assignments from the source item. Concurrent Request ID is &REQUEST_ID.
 ICP (EGO Spreadsheet Java Concurrent Program) completed with 'Warning'
