Symptoms


User unable to delete the attachments of an unposted journal.Delete Attachments option is greyed out. Issue is happening
for all the unposted journals with attachments

Steps to reproduce the issue:


1) Log into general ledger
2) Navigate to Journal-Enter-New Journal
3) Create new journal and attach the files
4) Save the journal
5) Go to attachments and choose the delete button
6) Delete attachments is greyed out
