Manual Journal Entry USER_JE_SOURCE_NAME Is Showing As Receivables (Doc ID 2764521.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.3 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
USER_JE_SOURCE_NAME is showing as Receivables even if we create Manual Journal Entries

Business is creating Manual entries from Costing Management responsibility and business is expecting USER_JE_SOURCE_NAME as Cost management in GL_INTERFACE but now it is showing as Receivables.

USER_JE_SOURCE_NAME is showing as Receivables even if we create manual journal from Cost management.

We run “Transfer Journal Entries to GL - Cost Management” and “Transfer Journal Entries to GL – Receiving” from different Cost responsibility but still Journals not transfer to GL.

Then we run “Transfer Journal Entries to GL” program from AR responsibility and now the jounals transfer to GL and Source in GL is showing as Receivables.

After we accounted the “USER_JE_SOURCE_NAME” is showing as Receivables in GL_INTERFACE but user is expecting as Cost management and few days back same user did transaction and that time it is showing as Cost Management only but why now it is showing as receivables.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

 expecting USER_JE_SOURCE_NAME as Cost management in GL_INTERFACE but now it is showing as Receivables.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Subledger Journal Entry webpage
2.Created New manual Journal:
Ledger: China Global CNY
GL date= 19-MAR-2021
Event Class= Manual
Business is creating Manual entries from Costing Management responsibility
