Goal

Does Withholding tax invoice cancellation reverse the withholding tax distribution on the Invoice?

Example:
We have observed that after cancelling the withholding tax invoice that got created when we made payment for an original invoice, it did not reverse the withholding tax distribution line on the original invoice.

Can you please let us know if it is intended behavior or if there is any bug in code?
