On : 12.1.3 version, Receiving Functions

After user performing ASN Partial Return, if an ASN Partial Negative Correction is performed then RTP is erroring with below error

Error in INV Debug log

"The supply document doesnt have enough quantity to be reserved against"

Error in RTP log

RVTTH-115j: Subroutine process_transaction() returned error
Cause: Subroutine process_transaction() returned an internal error.
Action: Note this error number and the actions you are trying to perform. Contact your system

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) ASN is fully received
2) Partial Quantity is returned
3) But in Manage Shipments it is still showing as Fully Received and No deduction in Quantity
4) Then partial correction of quantity happened on the Received Quantity
5) RTP Completed in Error
"The supply document doesn't have enough quantity to be reserved against"

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot correct a partially returned ASN.
