INV_TXN_MANAGER_PUB: *** SQL error ORA-01403: no data found
Symptoms
Return To Vendor Transactions are Successfully Interfaced in WSH but the transactions are stuck in Pending Status in the Shipping Transaction Form.
The ITS program completes in error.
There are transactions in Shipping Side which are completed, but the Next Step being shown as Run Interfaces.
Sufficient on hand exist in the source sub inventory
PO_INTERFACE_ERROR shows
The transaction quantity 155 in primary unit of measure exceeds the available
quantity 34
From somewhere system is picking up 34 quantities
