Unable to drilldown to budget journal details from Funds Available Inquiry form, getting below error.

APP-FND-01347: You no longer have access to the specific information requested in this screen.

STEPS:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Funds Available Inquiry > fill in parameters > search
2. Click on Period Balances > Accounting Entries Detail
3. Click to view Journal batch details for Batch Name = BC Budget Journal
4. Error pops-up
