Create Intercompany AR Invoice Ends With Warning And Does Not Create Invoices

Symptoms
The INCIAR module: Create Intercompany AR Invoices concurrent program ends with Warning and does not create invoices for some records.
The following messages are seen in the log file:
Warning: Mandatory Intercompany Relation or Transaction Flow not defined between these two operating units: &FROM_OU and &TO_OU.
Cause: The selling and shipping operating unit belong to different legal entities but the intercompany relation or the transaction flow has not been defined.
Action: Use the Define Intercompany Transaction Flow form to define the transaction flow and intercompany relation between these two operating units.
Return Warning from inilco.
The global status is INVALID.
Warning: Cannot create invoice line
End Processing Transaction ID: 12345678.000000
Transaction ID: 12345678.000000 Status = FAILURE

Action: Use the Define Intercompany Transaction Flow form to define the transaction flow and intercompany relation between these two operating units.
