PAXPREPR How Can Missing Key Members Option Be Added To Project? (Doc ID 2765057.1)

Customer has identified an issue with a project. When they query the project from the Projects form, the Key Members option is not displayed.
But when they query the pa_project_players table from back end, key member details are listed.

Reproduce By Steps:

1.  Use Projects form responsibility.

2.  Navigate to Projects and query the project.

3.  There is no Key Member option listed on the project.

How can this issue be corrected?
