Generate Asset Trace Concurrent Program Hangs when Submitted in an Environment with Database Version 19c (Doc ID 2765115.1)

Symptoms

After submitting the concurrent program Generate Asset Trace in an environment running the database 19c the process hangs and does not complete.

Due to this issue, users cannot get a completed output for Generate Asset Trace, which hinders the ability to provide data to Support for service requests.

Steps

From Oracle Assets
M:  Other>Requests>Run
1.  Select Single Request
2.  Enter name = Generate Asset Trace
  and supply parameters for Book and Asset
3. Submit and find request does not complete.

Changes

 Database Version 19c
