Pending button on Inventory Accounting Periods form not working.

Details should be shown on proceeding with Pending on Inventory Accounting Periods form
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Inventory (R) -> Accounting Close Cycle -> Inventory Accounting Periods.
2. Against Open period proceed with Pending (B).
3. No details retrieved as reported
