ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When user is trying to update the project agreement using the API PA_AGREEMENT_PUB.UPDATE_AGREEMENT, the advances which was already available is getting disappeared from the Project agreement core form and also from self service and subsequently not able to view the paid advance receipts.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Update agreement using API PA_AGREEMENT_PUB.UPDATE_AGREEMENT > go in Projects responsibility > Billing > Agreements > search your Agreement.
2. Check Advanced Amount is null and View Receipt button is no longer enabled.
