R12: CE: Bank Account Transfer Not Working; Transfer Page Error With "The Intercompany account generated by the Intercompany Balancing Rules is invalid." (Doc ID 2765397.1)

Symptoms

Bank Account Transfer not working transfer page errors with "The Intercompany account generated by the Intercompany Balancing Rules is invalid."

User defined two(2) new bank accounts (Bank Account IDs: 31271188, 31485389) in Cash management where cash is transfer from account(ID) 31271188 (sweep out) to account(ID) 31485389 (sweep in) but when we run Sweep Transactions Generation, the bank account transfer gets created but status shows as Invalid.

Please find attached the error that we get when we validate the bank transfer.
