Symptoms

While trying to import items into negotiation, there is no issue in English language.
However, importing the same data in Brazilian Portuguese language,
it shows error message.

STEPS
-------------
1. Go to Negotiations
2. Create an RFQ
3. Go to Lines
    Import Lines and click Go
4. Export the spreadsheet template
5. Populate the spreadsheet in Brazilian Portuguese language
6. Import the file
