When Performing Advanced Provisioning Using EBS Cloud Manager From Backup Provision Fails During Configure Database : Configure PDB (Doc ID 2765663.1)

Symptoms

When performing Advanced Provisioning Using EBS Cloud Manager 20.2.1.0.2 from backup, provision fails EBS with following error.

Error
Execution Status : Failed at Configure PDB




Below error can be confirmed from configureDbTier.log :

  Executing SYSTEM command: perl $ORACLE_HOME/appsutil/bin/adbldxml.pl appsuser=apps servername=<hostname> virtualhost=<virutal_hostname> enablescan=Y scanname=<scan_name> scanport=<port>
