Symptoms

Duplicate Expenditure Items were sent to Projects from Oracle Time and Labor source.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Duplicate Expenditure Items coming from OTL should not exist in Projects.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go in Projects responsibility > Expenditures Inquiry > search for your project and period.
2. See duplicate expenditures coming from Oracle Time and Labor application.
