Goal

Upgraded from 12.1.3 to 12.2.8
In the upgraded instance there is a new event alert "INV: OPSM Synchronize Lot" which was not there in 12.1.3 version.
The Alert is created in Inventory application, using the MTL_LOT_NUMBERS table.
