ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Order 3410941 shows schedule-eligible notified

Schedule - Line Schedule Incomplete Complete SCHEDULE_LINE LINE_SCHEDULING INCOMPLETE 
Schedule - Line Schedule - Eligible Notified SCHEDULE_LINE SCHEDULING_ELIGIBLE  

and stuck at booked status

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

To ship and invoice order and all lines

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
 
1.Responsibility : Oracle Order Management
2.Enter Order lines >  Book

 While releasing the hold there is check box "Progress Workflow" on Release Holds window. If that is checked then the line will be progressed. If
this is not checked then line will not progress automatically after hold is released and line will be at Schedule_eligible Notified status. User has to
do manually from Action -> progress order.
