EAM Enterprise Command Center Data Load Fails with Exception Error (Doc ID 2766505.1)

Symptoms

The Enterprise Asset Management Command Center Data Load fails with the following error.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Job = Enterprise Asset Management Command Center Data Load
2. Job fails on 2 of the 6 spawned jobs :
   EAM Data Load for dataset eam-asset-attrs (ECC Run Data Load)
   EAM Data Load for dataset eam-asset (ECC Run Data Load)
