Symptoms
On : 12.2.9 version, Formulas
If user enters a new Ingredient in a existing formula with "Contribute to Yield" = Yes, the user receives just a note message.
However, if the user enters a the same ingredient line with "Contribute to Yield" = No saves the line, and then try to change the "Contribute to Yield" from No to Yes, the user receives the following error message which prevents the change.

Cannot Calculate Total Product Quantity for this Formula. The items in the Formula do not have UOM conversions to xx.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Formulator
2. Navigation: Formulas
3. Query formula, add ingredient line, save and then change contribute to yield value to Yes from No.
