Performance issues with PAXMGSLS_XML: AUD: Project Subledger Summary (XML) report

Upgraded from 12.1.3 to 12.2.9 and now the report never completes.

From Oracle Projects Responsiblity.
Navigate: Other -> Requests -> Run
Select AUD: Project Subledger Summary (XML)
Populate the desired parameters and run the report.

 Upgraded from 12.1.3 to 12.2.9.
