Symptoms

At the time of open buyer setup page showing an error message.

ERROR
FRM-92080: Failed to execute command.
Command = chrome http://<server>:####/OA_HTML/RF.jsp?function_id=###&resp_id=###
Full Details: Cannot run program "chrome": CreateProcess error=2, The system cannot find the file specified.

Similar errors
Have seen similar errors that mention other browsers like explorer:
Command = iexplorer http://<server>:####/OA_HTML/RF.jsp?function_id=###&resp_id=###

STEPS
1. Navigate to Purchasing > Setup > Personoll > Buyers : Open Buyer Setup page.
2. The browser opens.
3. See an error on the browser page instead of the buyer setup.

Changes

Upgrade from R12.1 to R12.2.
