Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version, Non-Routine

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When adding a note for a non-routine from Workorder's Disposition, customer
is getting error: `Instance does not exist on the unit'

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to create Note successfully

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Update an existing Workorder
2. Click Disposition link and Create Disposition.
3. Enter Removal Details
4. Open Update Non-Routine Workorder page
5. In Add Note section, select Note Type and enter some text in Note Field,
save
