INV_CHILD_VIOLATION_ERROR Changing Master Controlled attributes of this Master Item has caused errors

Changing Master Controlled attributes of this Master Item has caused validation errors in the Child Item.

we are getting below errors processing the data from mtl_system_items_interface.

ERROR

INV_CHILD_VIOLATION_ERROR

MESSAGE_NAME : INV_START_LOT_NUM
MESSAGE_TEXT : Starting lot number is required when lot control code is "full lot control"

MESSAGE_NAME : INV_AUTO_LOT_PREFIX
MESSAGE_TEXT : Starting lot number prefix is required when Lot Control = Full lot control



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Insert data into Item Import Interface to update item_description and long_description for a full lot controlled item
2. Launch item import interface
3. See errors in the log file and records are not processed

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update item attributes using item import interface
