Symptoms

Actual Behavior

The seeded source 'Item Description' is used for the Journal Entry Description of Miscellaneous.
When running Create Accounting - Cost Management, the description data in XLA_AE_LINES table is pulled from MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS_B.DESCRIPTION.

Example:
MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS_TL:
DESCRIPTION(DK)
Desc_DK
DESCRIPTION(US)
Desc_US

MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS_B:
DESCRIPTION
Desc_B

XLA_AE_LINES:
DESCRIPTION shows Desc_B

Expected Behavior
When running Create Accounting - Cost Management, the description data in
XLA_AE_LINES table is pulled from MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS_TL.description.
