Symptoms

Serial numbers cannot be received on an Internal Requisition.
When trying to query the serial numbers when performing the Receipt, the LOV shows no serial numbers.

This issue is similar to that in documented in the following note except in this case, MTL_SERIAL_NUMBERS.CURRENT_STATUS=4
