Symptoms

When attempting to Run Mass Notification program or the Run Mass Appraisal Creation from the HR Professional V4.0 responsibility, the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to "HR Professional V4.0" Responsibility.

2. Navigate to function "Performance Management".

3. In the launched Plan admin Page, under the cluster "Batch Requests", Click on "Run Mass Notification" or "Run Mass Appraisal Creation"

4. See the above reported Error message, shown on the page.

5. When the exception log is opened from the Link "Click here" on the error message, above exception message is shown.
