Inventory Transactions

Actual Behavior

Intercompany transaction flows are missing after customer merge activity. If the user tries to update or create the flow, the system throws error.

The users are not able to do any IR/ISO transactions because of this data corruption.


APP-FND-01206: This record already exists


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Intercompany Transaction flow Setup (Navigation : Inventory -> Setup -> Organizations -> Intercompany Transaction Flows)

2. Query required operating units

3. Go to Intercompany Relations

4. Add value and try to save. See the error
