Unable To Split Lines Due To UDA Character Limit (Doc ID 2767835.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.7 version, Trx Changes & Cancellations

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
 Customer issue is that they are unable to split lines due to UDA ( User defined attribute) character limit
When tried to split line in Qty2 & Qty 8, it is not allowing to do so. AND displays the below error

However if customer reduces the character limit to less than 100 they can split the line

ERROR
---------------------
 error “ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error in Package
OE_ORDER_COPY_UTIL Procedure Copy_User_Defined_Attr”.
Character length is more than 100 for line level UDA.
