On : 12.2.6 version, Onhand and Availability

ITS end  in Error for RTV Transactions

RCV_TRX_QTY_EXCEEDS_INV_AVAIL

Primary quantity &PRIMARY exceeds available subinventory quantity &SUB

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create a return order from Inventory
2.Ship confirm delivery
3. Run ITS for Delivery / Trip
