Pa_project_pub.update_project API Not Updating Rate Type Attributes (Doc ID 2767880.1)

Symptoms

Rate type i.e Project Functional Currency, Project Currency, Funding Currency are not populated at Project form using pa_project_pub.update_project API

Issue can be reproduced by executing API and checking the status using below navigation:
Project responsibility > Projects > Rates
