Symptoms

Rate type i.e Project Functional Currency, Project Currency, Funding Currency are not populated at Project form using pa_project_pub.update_project API

User may receive below error when PA_PROJECT_PUB is calling PA_PROJECT_PVT.chk_rate_type function:


Issue can be reproduced by executing API and checking the status using below navigation:
Project responsibility > Projects > Rates
