When attempting to export to excel file data from the Requisition Summary form or the Purchase Orders summary , the following error occurs :

Same error can occur when user is trying to view last record in same forms indicated above.

Steps to Reproduce
-----------------------
1. Navigate to Purchasing responsibility

2. Navigate to Requisition Summary Form or Purchase Order Summary Form

3. Use search fields to search for data

4. Try to export search results using File-Export and the above error occurs

5. OR , when querying the last record in the form using Menu View > Last record
