Error Stream Periods are not Contiguous when Running Master Program - Lease Investor Pool Open Interface (Doc ID 2768177.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version,

When using "Master Program - Lease Investor Pool Open Interface" to add contracts to pool contents, the following happens:

1) Contract was successfully added to the pool
2) Issue with disbursement lines
  a) Scenario 1 - Successful addition of all the disbursement lines if the contract start and end date are in the same year.
  b) Scenario 2 - Not successful if the contract start date and end date are in different years ( Ex: start date of contract - June 2019 and contract end date - May 2023).

the following error occurs.

ERROR

Error 1: Stream Periods are not contiguous after Stream Period DEC-2021 for Stream Type RENT on Contract Number <Contract Number> against Pool Number <Pool Number>.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a contract where contract start date and end date are in different years ( Ex: start date of contract - June 2019 and contract end date - May 2023).

2. Create a pool.

3. Create and run a script to insert records into okl_pool_header_interface and okl_pool_lines_interface for streams from contract created in Step 1.

4. Run Master Program - Lease Investor Pool Open Interface to add contracts to the pool.
