Goal

How to setup Time Entry Rule validation to trigger an error message for row level Delete option on Self Service Timecard page ?
When user clicks on the Delete button against a particular row of timecard, it should trigger a validation message associated with respective TER (Time Entry Rule) before delete or after delete .

E.g. On Create Timecard self service page , user adds multiple rows and saved , and then decide to delete one of the rows before submitting.
A time entry rule validation that throws a message is needed when user clicks on delete, to avoid user submitting wrong time entry.
