Symptoms

In iProcurement ECC, when accessing some of the Items under Frequently Listed Items the following error displays

Error
You are not authorized to access this item, please contact the catalog administrator.
We see that items are not part of Catalogs .

 

Steps

  1. Log into iProcurement ECC Dashboard
  2. Click on item listed under Frequently Listed Items
