On : 12.2.9 version, CLAIMS

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

While settling overpayment claim, previous open debit memo List Of Values is not showing chargebacks. Only showing invoice and debit memos.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect previous open debit memo List Of Values should show Chargebacks


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Applications
2. Go to Oracle Trade Management User responsibility
3. Navigate to Trade Planning >Claims
4. Open Claim
Claim Main page
Settlement ->Previous Open Debit
Additional Information
Under Settlement Tab
After clicking Previous Open Debit Memo LOV
Unable to find Chargeback which is open in Accounts Receivables
