Latest Tasks Deleted By Calling Service Request Data Purge Program (Doc ID 2769278.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, Service Request Form

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Latest Tasks are deleted by calling service request data purge program: CSSRPGP (cs_sr_purge_cp.purge_servicerequests) to purge the incidents which are created less than few months back with following parameters

p_creation_from_date and p_creation_to_date and p_purge_source_with_open_task as 'N'.
cs_incidents_all_b table is deleted for the given date range and incidents are purged which are purged as expected. But latest tasks are deleted which are not associated to the incidents which are purged from cs_incidents_all_b table.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the Tasks to not get deleted.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to Applications
2.Go to Service responsibility
3.Run Concurrent request Service Request data Purge program ( cs_sr_purge_cp.purge_servicerequests) to delete Service Requests within a given date range.
p_creation_from_date and p_creation_to_date and p_purge_source_with_open_task as 'N'.
