Goal

A sample result value was incorrectly entered by user and the disposition was changed to "Accept with Variance" instead of "Accept" which would have been the disposition if the value had been entered correctly.

The form does not allow the incorrect result to be changed.

How can the sample result be changed and the sample disposition set to "Accept"?
