Symptoms



When attempting to execute the Geocode Upgrade Manager process after installing <patch 31562844>:R12.PAY.C (ANNUAL GEOCODE UPDATE - 2020 FOR RELEASE 12.2), 
the spawned process 'User Defined City Upgrade Process', ends with the following error,

STEPS

1) Navigate:

US Super HRMS Manager > Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request > Geocode Upgrade Manager

2) Enter parameter Upgrade Mode: DEBUG or UPGRADE
