When trying to receive an item using the Depot Repair Bulk Receive, the following error occurs:
Invalid Installed Base Instance for the Item in the Service Order
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log in with Depot Repair Manager responsibility.
2. Open Bulk Receive page.
3. Enter account, serial number, item, quantity and click Process button.
